The link will allow you to peruse nearly every home available in the Southeast Minneapolis MLS and surrounding MPLS neighborhoods.

“Southeast Minneapolis” is a bit of a misnomer because this community does not really sit in the southeast corner of the city. It is actually lies on the south end of the eastern-most part of Minneapolis. The boundary between Southeast and Northeast Minneapolis is Hennepin Avenue. Two great coffee shop and fun hang-out neighborhoods here include Dinkytown and Stadium Village.

This part of the Twin Cities is home to the University of Minnesota, so consequently housing is generally in high demand. Investment property owners in the area enjoy low vacancy rates and solid rental income.

University/Southeast Minneapolis MLS Overview*

sunny loft/den in condo conversionRight now, there are about three dozen single family homes for sale in the University/Southeast Minneapolis MLS region 310. Prices average around 300K, and average year-built is 1920’s. This means that you should be able to find classic bungalows and two stories with beautiful oak hardwood floors, built-in buffets, oak pillars, claw-foot bathtubs, and all of those features that give homes special character.

These numbers only tell part of the story; the neighborhood also abounds with duplexes, three-plexes, condo conversions, and investment property. Whether you are purchasing a home to occupy or to build your real estate investment portfolio, please give me a call at 612-423-0202 for more information about this community. I have solid experience with this neighborhood, and can help you find the best value
