Richfield Hardwood Floor Sanding

by admin on August 16, 2008

Before:

The great things about most hardwood floors in Richfield is they are level. If the floors are level, that makes them easier to sand and finish. A reason that they are level is because most of the houses were built in the 1950’s, they have block foundations, there just 1 story, or 1.5 stories, there wide houses and low to the ground. Furthermore, red oak is a great wood to sand. It has so many grains, which makes it easy for staining, and shows less imperfections then a maple floor. Most floor professionals don’t advise to stain maple. Call your local Richfield flooring professional to get his opinion on your hardwood floors.
