Revision of $7500 Tax Credit First Time Home Buyer Minneapolis

by admin on January 24, 2009

Tax cuts are the buzz word right now. With a new President and Congress in Washington set to break the federal government record on deficit spending many insiders believe the $7500 first time home buyer tax credit will be become permanent instead of having to be paid back. Now I am not sure that is it such a good idea to keep printing money, but if the government is going to give you a tax credit instead of take more of your hard earned money, I would not pass up this rare opportunity. I went out today with a couple of buyers. We checked out houses in Richfield and Bloomington. They were all foreclosures. Most were not that good but there was one that was pretty good. That is usually how it is. If you look at ten houses only one with be worth making a offer on. If you have questions about the first time home buyer tax credit give me a call. Or if you are a first time home buyer in Minneapolis give a call. I would love to help you out.
