Minneapolis Floor Sander For Hire

by admin on January 8, 2009

I’ve seen a lot of hardwood floors.  I’ve sanded a lot of hardwood floors.  I’ve seen the good, the bad, and the ugly.  It is actually pretty crazy all the difference types of floors I’ve sanded and refinished.  I think this last week we sanded the second hardest floor I’ve ever done. It was 3 inch wide plank Douglas Fur wood that was over 100 years old.  It was unlevel as heck and it had the grimiest finish I’ve seen in a while.  There was about 400 square feet of this stuff.  My  guy Mike and I sanded that sucker as much as we could.  We finally got it clean and I’ll tell you one thing; it doesn’t look that bad.  The hardwood floors in the rest of the house were pretty bad too, but they were all maple hardwood flooring that was 2 1/4 inch wide.  We stained three rooms a Coffee Brown, which ened up looking pretty good.  The last room we sanded was maple too, but we just did a natural oil based finish on that.  I’ll tell you what, if your looking to hire a hardwood flooring contractor to sand and refinish your hardwood, give me a call.  It doesn’t matter if you have vintage hardwood floors, unfinished, cork, prefinished, oak or distressed, we can do them all.  If your looking for prices for your Minneapolis condo wood flooring or you just want my opinion on what type of hardwood floor cleaner to use let me know.  I would be happy to help you out.  Thanks a lot.
