$15,000 Tax Credit Home Buyer Minneapolis

Please, please pass this bill. The United States Senate just approved a bill that would give home buyers a tax credit of 10% of the value of a purchased home. So if you bought a $150,000 home, then you would get a $15,000 tax credit. Wow! That is great. This is exactly what we need right now. How many people would go out a buy a house right now? I would say a lot. Imagine, you get to purchase a house at a great value because of the current market and you get $15,000. You could use that to buy stocks, remodel the house, pay off credit cards, go to school and get new marketable skills. This would definitely stimulate the economy.
